What I Did
- ·Ran Scrum: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- ·Managed the workflow in Jira and Trello: task assignment, progress tracking and backlog prioritization
- ·Worked closely with the product owner to keep requirements aligned with business objectives
- ·Ran team events with Liberating Structures to keep the team engaged and productive
